This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the websites, platforms, APIs, and services provided by Zentrovia Solutions Private Limited ("Zentrovia", "we", "us"). It supplements our Terms & Conditions. By accessing any Zentrovia service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use our services to upload, store, transmit, or make available content that:
- is illegal in India or in any jurisdiction where you or your audience is located;
- infringes or misappropriates intellectual-property rights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights;
- violates privacy, data-protection, or publicity rights of any individual;
- is defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- exploits or sexualizes minors;
- contains malicious software, exploits, or instructions for carrying out attacks.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or network;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except pursuant to our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy;
- interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the services or any other user's use of the services (including via denial-of-service, flood, spam, or excessive automated traffic);
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our services except through documented APIs and in accordance with rate limits;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our services, except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use our services to develop a competing product;
- send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or messages that violate anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, or the Indian DND Regulations;
- bypass rate limits, usage caps, authentication, or billing controls;
- circumvent any feature intended to restrict or meter access;
- share, transfer, or sell your account credentials without authorization.
3. Acceptable AI Use
When using AI-powered features of our platforms (including ZenGuy and ZenFlip AI Chat), you additionally agree not to:
- attempt to extract the underlying model weights, system prompts, or training data;
- use the AI features to generate content that violates Section 1 (e.g. harassment, hate speech, malicious instructions);
- use outputs in ways that misrepresent the AI's involvement when transparency is required by law or professional standards;
- use the services to create or train competing AI models.
4. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to or process through our services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and licenses for that content and that it complies with this AUP and applicable law.
5. Reporting Abuse
If you believe content or activity on our services violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@zentrovia.tech. For security vulnerabilities, please instead email security@zentrovia.tech.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law-enforcement authorities. Where practicable we will notify the affected account and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action; for urgent matters (e.g. ongoing abuse or legal risk) we may act without prior notice.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
