Accessibility Statement

Zentrovia Solutions Private Limited is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

zentrovia.tech is designed to be fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our flagship platform ZenFlip is conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA with a published VPAT available on request.

"Fully conformant" means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.

2. Measures We Take

  • Accessibility is considered during design, build, and quality assurance — not bolted on afterwards.
  • Our component library is built with semantic HTML, proper ARIA where needed, visible focus states, and keyboard-operable interactions.
  • All interactive icons have accessible names; all meaningful images have descriptive alt text; decorative imagery is marked as such.
  • Color contrast for text meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Modals and dialogs trap focus, support Escape to dismiss, and return focus to their trigger on close.
  • We honor prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme user preferences.

3. Compatibility

This Website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
  • Voice-input tools including Dragon Naturally Speaking.
  • Operating-system zoom and high-contrast modes.

The Website is designed to work with the latest two major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known issues we are working on:

  • Some third-party embeds (e.g. calendar booking widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA — we are working with vendors or providing alternative paths where needed.
  • Older blog posts may contain images for which our alt-text remediation is still in progress.

7. Assessment and Date

The Website was last self-assessed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA on 1 April 2026. Assessment included automated testing (axe-core) and manual testing with a screen reader. We review conformance on at least an annual basis and whenever significant changes are made to the Website.
